With over 12 years of experience in MMA, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, I have competed and won championship titles across the UK and South America. My passion is helping others develop their skills, whether they are complete beginners or experienced athletes. I provide high-quality coaching focused on technique, fitness, confidence, and performance, creating a supportive environment where clients can achieve their martial arts and personal fitness goals.

Train with an experienced fighter and coach offering one-to-one personal training in Kickboxing, Muay Thai, MMA, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Whether you’re a complete beginner looking to build confidence and learn the fundamentals, or an experienced martial artist aiming to sharpen your skills, sessions are tailored to your individual goals and ability level.
Available in 30-minute or 60-minute sessions, training can include pad work, technical drills, fitness and conditioning, striking development, grappling fundamentals, fight preparation, and skill-specific coaching. Every session is designed to help you improve technique, fitness, confidence, and overall performance in a supportive and professional environment.
No matter your experience level, you’ll receive expert guidance, practical instruction, and training that matches your personal objectives.
