I have 4 years experience teaching Vinyasa Flow Level 1, Yoga in Spanish, Meditation. I love helping people start a practice that fits people needs. I have taught a group of 15 people and One on One private class. My goal is to teach everyone who loves Yoga.

My teaching approach is to find out the students needs and find their level of movement. I love to connect with my student's through Yoga, I'm also a Reiki master, Shaman and Medium. I use my knowledge of these practices to integrate in my classes. Chakra cleansing, energy healing and Meditation.
