About Manisha
I'm Manisha, a yoga teacher with over 10 years of teaching experience. My journey in yoga began under the guidance of my father, who has been teaching yoga since 1982. I studied at the Bihar School of Yoga and later completed my yoga education at Kaivalyadhama in 2021. Over the years, I have guided seniors, pregnant women, and individuals experiencing depression, insomnia, and Parkinson's disease through safe and supportive yoga practices.
