About Jean
Self-taught players often find themselves stuck in a rut while staring at the same tired fretboard diagrams for months. I help these learners bridge the gap between fumbling through tabs and playing with real conviction. My BM degree from Berklee College of Music provides the foundation for my instruction on electric technique, acoustic finesse, and complex fingerpicking patterns.
Lessons focus on the mechanics of lead guitar, rhythm guitar, and improvisation. I work regularly with hobbyists, grade exam candidates, and advanced players who want to refine their blues progressions or master modes. My training ensures that you understand how to navigate the neck while maintaining a steady pulse. I split my time between performing in San Francisco and coaching students from London to Melbourne.
