I am a passionate and vibrant yogi, who loves helping people learn faster, the tips and tricks to becoming a better YOU! I have come a long way from recovering fully from depression and anxiety to teaching groups of people in the beautiful outdoors and landscapes of South Africa to do the same and live a balanced beautiful life.

Each lesson is 40mins long and allows for questions and answers at the end. No props are needed but they are advised. Students are shown how to best make use of each one to gain the maximum benefits of each posture
