About Paula
Hi, guys! My name is Paula, I'm 26 years old, and as a good Gemini, I'm multiple! Initially I graduated in interior design, due to my great love for art and for everything that brings beauty to our life. My biggest motivation has always been to explore this world. Which consequently made me know myself better. And it was on this journey of deep interior dives, that the desire to share this with more and more people began to emerge. In the process I became an integrative therapist and instructor in Yoga and meditation. In order to be a facilitator of this path for more people! This year I also realized one of my dreams, which was to spend time in India doing a training in Hatha / Vinyasa Yoga. Shall we practice together?

We will start our experience by talking to connect, then we will start our Hatha / Vinyasa yoga practice, followed by pranayamas (yoga breathing exercises) and meditation. This experience is for everyone, regardless of having already practiced yoga or not. It will be a great honor to share this experience of reconnection and self-knowledge with you!
