About Dr Srikalyan
My name is Dr.Srikalyan R M BNYS (final year student).
I have conducted yoga class for my neighbours,relatives and patients to treat and improve their quality of life.
As yoga not only a summation of asana it also includes mudra, bandha, pranayama so i believe the patient is not only treated on physical dimension but also in mental and social dimension.
I'm also specialised in Diet and Nutrition, the popular myth that diet should be boring and it will be difficult to follow will be broken once you consult with me.
