Hi! Thanks for checking me out!
My Background:
With way too many years of school under my belt, I needed a practice to balance me out so I decided to learn about yoga. Being highly achievement oriented I went right for the 200-hr certification. I've trained under a variety of teachers with different styles and as a result my approach pulls the key learnings from each to make my teachings my own.
23 years later, I'm still loving it.

This class is about YOU! What do you want to learn about yoga? My lessons are unique to the person (both head and body) and will be tailored.
I have 23 years of experience teaching yoga with many "followers". I teach and can adapt to any level.
My classes are breath focused, intuitive, guided by alignment and anatomy.
