About Shobha
I am doing Yoga from the last 3 years. Ashtanga Yoga - I have done certification in Ashtanga Yoga from a renowned institute in New Delhi.
I have started online batches of Yoga during the last lockdown. I take offline batches as well in my institute but due to second lockdown, it's back to online classes and will continue like this for longer as everyone has got comfortable with it.

1. Prayer
2. Asana (Physical)
3. Pranayam (Breathing exercises)
4. Dhyaan (Meditation)
5. Om chanting
This is a set which will be the base for every session. There would be two batches, one for kids and another one for adults.
