About Shivaani
# About Me
Hi, I’m Shivani, a certified Yoga Instructor passionate about helping people build a stronger, more flexible, and calmer body and mind through yoga.
I have completed my 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training from The Yoga Institute, Delhi, where I developed a strong foundation in traditional yoga practices, asanas, pranayama, relaxation, and mindful living.
My approach to teaching is simple, supportive, and beginner-friendly. I believe yoga is not about perfect poses—it’s about understanding your body, improving gradually, and creating a consistent practice that supports your overall well-being.
Through my classes, I aim to help you:
Improve flexibility and mobility
Build strength and body awareness
Develop better balance and posture
Reduce stress and promote relaxation
