About Megan

I have been a certified Yoga Instructor for 5 years and a LMT for 2 years.

My goal is to educate people on how our bodies and minds work in synchronicity. I am fascinated by the human body and how powerful it can be when we make the active decision to work with it, not against it, and open our minds to listen to it.

I want to help and share this journey to full health with you.

About the lesson

If you’re seeking a therapy to aid any physical ailments, I would love to assist with that journey. I am a licensed massage therapist with education in kinesiology and anatomy and physiology. I can help you to a better quality of life, physically and mentally, through the power of yoga.
