About Anagha
A passionate teacher and a Yoga Instructor who loves to be a guide to help others in their wellness journey. Passionate about Ayurveda, Meditation, and Sanskrit, I see Yoga as a lifestyle and a therapy. I am certified yoga teacher who received her training in Rishikesh, India. My mission is to spread the love and share knowledge about the ancient science of yoga. I have been exposed to yoga since my childhood since I was born in India. Ayurveda and meditation have been a part of my life and have healed me, so I want to extend my service to heal others by teaching yoga. I am a lifelong student and will always continue learning and teaching.

Perfect! I have taken a few one on one lessons with Anagha and will continue to do so. She's concious of your goals with Yoga and weary of your injuries and inhibitons while practising poses. Anagha is great with instructions, pays attention to your posture and corrects as needed, but also suggests appropriate modifications to work towards building strength. She also guides your breathwork while performing different poses. I am happy that I get to learn and practice yoga with a great teacher in a safe way, given my multiple injuries and in a comfortable enviornment and would highly recommend doing a lesson with her.
