About BreathYin Con Raluca
I am a yoga and breathwork instructor or also known as breath work. I did my courses and practices in Ireland, so I can offer the classes in English as well. I am qualified in all styles of yoga, although without a doubt my favorite is yin yoga. I believe it is the practice and the perfect balance between breathing, stopping, listening to our body and mind and reconnecting with our origin, with who we are in the depths of our being and discovering what our needs are.

My classes are aimed at all ages and abilities. It is a practice that does not require much strength or physical background, since I rely on breathing and we work on loosening the fascia, gaining flexibility, increasing range of motion, strengthening patience and getting control of our mind. It is a very beneficial practice for get out of the comfort zone and face the discomforts that we may encounter on a daily basis.
