About Himanshu

I am a certified Yoga Instructor. I did my Graduation in Yoga Science and currently, I am pursuing my Post Graduation in Yoga from USVV, Haridwar.

I am also a Govt. Yoga Instructor for the past 2 years. I also give Home Yoga Classes in my city and I teach yoga without giving much pressure on your body.

About the lesson

I teach you Yoga according to your need and my classes will be so gentle without straining your body, which includes jumping, running, etc. It doesn't mean that I'll teach you only simple exercises and asanas... also my Yog Nidra session is well planned.
