About Issac
I began my career as an engineer in Texas. After a near death experience, I realized I was alive for many reasons other than just to work, go to sleep, eat and repeat. Long story short, I have been traveling the world teaching yoga and workshops for people who are ready to take a deep dive into the world of thought awareness, meditation and yoga.

My teaching is based on the fundamental and traditional yoga practices. Through my personal experience, I can relate to my students and share insight on how to transform their lives for their own good. Simple breath awareness practices, mindful movement and yoga postures and guided mediations are the go to styles of teaching.
