I am Yoga Practitioner from long time and also I am certified yoga instructor. I am very much passionate about yoga as it keeps very energetic all the time and keeps me happy. This is the one thing which I think if I don't consider as part of my life then my life is incomplete. Yoga makes me feel complete.

My method of taking class is different as it includes very basic level to intermediate level. It will be in a flow which it includes both dynamic as well as relaxation. The class will be fun with high spirit learning.
Class may vary everyday with the workout on specific body part. In the end it will be in a flow and will enjoy learning from me.
The class also depends upon the individual learning ability.
I also take therapeutic classes.
