About Heidi
I am a 200 RYT with additional training in kids yoga, adaptive yoga, special needs yoga and yoga therapy. I currently teach online ages 3-90. My students say they feel accepted and supported. They have fun, feel better and sleep better.

My teaching method is to create a space for all who want to learn yoga. I meet each student’s abilities and needs. I focus on the feeling of the pose and can adapt each pose so that all can reach the same goal regardless of how they practice the pose.
