About Deepshi
With 7+ years of dedicated teaching experience, I've guided hundreds of students toward meaningful wellness.
My journey goes deeper than asana alone.
I hold a graduation in psychology (Delhi University) with
a 200hrs teachers training from Sivananda Yoga Ashram
Master's degree in yoga, certification in naturopathy and ayurveda which uniquely positions me to integrate three powerful healing modalities.
This integration allows me to address not only your physical symptoms but also the psychological and energetic dimensions of your well-being—honoring the ancient Ayurvedic principle that true health comes from balancing mind, body, and spirit.
