About Nidhi
I started my journey with yoga more than 5 years ago and fell in love with how my body felt after an hour on the mat. Yoga helped me become stronger and calmer. To deepen my knowledge of yoga, I have completed 200 hr TTC from a Yoga Alliance registered yoga school and want to share my learnings with people who are looking for a fitter lifestyle within the comforts of their homes.
