About Mariam
Hi, my name is Mariam, I’m 19, and I’ve been practicing yoga for 4 years. What started as a way to manage everyday stress has now become my passion and professional path. I feel incredibly grateful to have discovered yoga—it has transformed me mentally and physically, boosted my confidence, and taught me that I am capable of far more than I ever imagined. Yoga has shown me how to push my limits, expand my comfort zone, and find freedom in movement. The feeling I experience during and after practice is always worth it, even on days when I don’t feel like exercising. Through yoga, I’ve discovered something deeply meaningful that I now want to share with others. My mission is to help you feel stronger, more confident, and truly comfortable in your own body and mind.

My yoga classes are open to everyone—I only ask for your willingness and curiosity to explore. I will practice alongside you, guiding your asanas and offering tips to help you move safely and confidently. Each session lasts an hour, and I adapt the difficulty to your experience level, making it suitable for beginners and more advanced practitioners alike.
Yoga completely transformed my life, especially my relationship with my body and self-image. I know how freeing it feels to reconnect with your own strength, flexibility, and inner balance.
