About Alessio
Hello, my name is Alessio! I will teach you Yoga online.
I am a certified Yoga teacher 500 hours by the Yoga Alliance (Vinyasa Power, Hatha). I have been practicing and teaching yoga for the last ten years. I have explored many different styles of yoga (Power, Ashtanga, Rocket, Jivamukti, Hatha) with local and international teachers and have collaborated with different yoga studios in Spain and Thailand.
I am certified as a teacher of Vinyasa Power Yoga 200hr YTTC (Spain), Hatha Yoga Integrated Restorative 300hr YTTC (India-Mysore), Thai Massage and Plant Nutrition.

PERSONALIZED YOGA CLASSES
Practice Yoga with an experienced teacher. Enjoy Yoga classes adapted to your needs, from the comfort of your home.
We will practice dynamic sequences of exercises, postures, breathing techniques, concentration and meditation, varying according to the intensity and level you require. You will improve your flexibility, balance, strength and breath control through dynamic practice.
You will progress adequately so that you can practice yoga safely and with a lot of work on your breathing, avoiding injuries.
I do sessions for all ages and all levels: basic, beginner, intermediate and advanced. If you are a beginner or have never practiced yoga, we will progressively build a solid base with the fundamental postures.
If you are interested in deepening your breathing (Pranayama), we can dedicate more time to it or practice sessions only on breathing techniques.
