About Andoni
I started practicing yoga 15 years ago, when I was living in India. That time I practice mostly Yiengar and Hatha yoga.
I became yoga teacher 10 years ago, since then I took yearly courses related with yoga.
I start giving yoga classes 5 years ago. I like to teach all I know, making the classes a combination of different styles and entertaining.

The 3 type classes I work with are:
- Sivananda sequence with variants.
-Balancing the 5 elements + recording positive phrases.
-Vyniasa + Yiengar
The class includes:
-Knowledge of yoga (+meditation)
-Pranayama
-Asanas (dynamic + static)
-Relaxation
I am a teacher who, even though I do prepare the class, have the ability to improvise based on the personal requirements.
The energy transmission is not only from my side, also from my Spiritual Master and beyond.
