About Tyler
I'm a RYT-200hr Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher, practicing Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga Vinyasa and Bikram. My teaching emphasizes beginner's yoga and Vinyasa flow. Classes usually compromise a series of fluid movements, from standing to seated. All classes end with a 3-5 minute relaxation period, with options for a guided meditation, pranayama practice (breathing exercises) or chanting, depending on your preferences, of course!
I'm very happy to set-up 1-2-1 sessions where we can tailor the class specifically to your needs, whether that be learning more about the spiritual side of yoga, understanding how to move your body into these strange shapes (beginner's), a more restorative and relaxed flow, or something entirely your own. Yoga should be for everyone and I'd love to show you how to make it yours.
