About Olga
I’ve been on my yoga journey since 2012 and teaching since 2017. For me, yoga is more than a practice—it’s a way of being. I love creating a space where people can move with freedom, build strength, and feel more connected to themselves. My own practice combines yoga with handstands, contortion, dance improvisation, and Thai massage. I’m inspired by movement in all its forms, and I bring this curiosity and playfulness into every class I teach.

My approach is personalised, gentle and supportive. I draw on Hatha, Yin, Ashtanga and meditation to create practices that fit your body, energy and lifestyle. I love helping students reconnect with their creativity, build sustainable routines, and support overall wellbeing, especially for women wanting to adapt their practice to different phases of their hormone cycles.
