About MANSI

I am a Yoga Teacher from India with experience of teaching yoga and meditation for the last 7 years. Teaching people coming from all walks of life. The motive of my teaching and guiding people into meditation is to create a STRESS-FREE society. I teach Chakra meditation, panch-kosha meditation and Chakra healing meditation.

About the lesson

I'm an advanced yoga teacher. I try to make my sessions as simple and effective as possible. My techniques are majorly dependent on ancient practices. I mix it with a little of theoretical knowledge so it becomes easier for everyone to implement.
