"It is not the people who should adapt to Yoga, but rather, Yoga that must adapt to the needs of people" Krishnamacharya. Practices have a logical order: from dense to subtle. Starting from the body postures, we go on to the breathing exercises (pranayama) and then the meditation. Through this simple method, we work all areas of our physiology to bring us well being, health, vigor and concentration!
