About Deeksha
I am Deeksha and I have been in touch with pranayama since I was a teen however seriously focused more 8 years ago.
I have been teaching regularly yoga twice a day in a reputed ashram in Rishikesh for last 4 years, where the focus is completely on your well-being. For me yoga is a way of life not an exercise. I am a professional yoga teacher with RYT 400 hours(Yoga Alliance).

I teach a balanced Hatha Yoga Class where you will explore asana, mantras, pranayama, relaxation and meditation.
Focusing On your overall well-being and health. For me Yoga is for all body’s, ages and Gender and You can start your yoga journey any day.
The yoga classes I can teach are minimum 20 mins to 2 hours maximum.
