Namaste! I am sameep, a passionate yoga tutor hailing from the serene city of Rishikesh, nestled in the foothills of the Himalayas. For me, yoga is not just a profession; it’s a sacred calling—an ancient wisdom passed down through generations.

In my yoga class, we begin with grounding exercises, centering ourselves in the present moment. Deep breaths infuse vitality into our bodies, preparing us for the journey ahead. As we flow through sun salutations and various poses, we synchronize movement with breath—a dance of balance and grace. Standing postures strengthen our physical foundation, while seated sequences cultivate inner peace. And finally, savasana—the blissful relaxation at the end—allows us to absorb the benefits fully.
