About Joseph
I graduated with a bachelor's of applied science in Organizational Leadership. It is a business degree, but it focuses on managing humans, arguably the most important capital that you have within an organization, versus managing money. Now, don't get me wrong, we learn how to do that too. I have also started several businesses and been part of several startups. I have learned a lot about what to do and what not to do in business. The one constant has always been patience, understanding, and compassion for others. I've been a tutor for 20 years, and I'm really good at helping people understand difficult concepts by breaking them down into small parts. Because how do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time.
