About Ansh

I was a beginner not too long ago who was too concious to try going to the gym. Was riddled with a sedentary lifestyle for years. Finally made the decision to change things and did so successfully. I am trying to be the guide I wish I had when I started out. I had to consume thousands of hours of content to filter and gain knowledge that I wish to simplify and summarise for beginners.

Just true and tested science and an understanding of your psychology that enable me to make this journey pleasurable for you. Primarily looking to help beginners who have 0-3 years of experience.
