About Kelly
A 200 hour Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher combining Hatha and Vinyass flow.
I have been practising yoga myself for over ten years until I finally realised that I wanted to share my love and passion for this with other people. It gives me such joy to see people improve and become a stronger and better version of themselves.
Alongside yoga I am a trainee Naturopathic Nutritionist, learning to heal the body holistically with mind, body and soul.

My classes are very laid back, always accompanied to music and offer everyone the chance to relax and unwind.
I stick to the more physical side of yoga, enabling you to become a stronger, more flexible version of yourself whilst offering you breathing tips to overcome the more challenging poses.
I do give all my students at least 5 minutes of relaxation (Savasana) at the end of each class so that you are fully rested and re-energised for the rest of your day.
Expect a varied soundtrack, some bad jokes, new poses each week and the chance for you to improve on your existing practise.
I teach all ages, abilities and group sizes. I like to base the class on the energy and experience of my students so I alter the poses and styles dependant on who is taking part.
