Often when I am practicing I'll hear "Oh, I can never do that" but what they are really saying is "My life is already full and I don't want to give up anything in my day in order to learn what you are currently doing". With intentional consistent practice we can accomplish amazing things. Motivation fades and what do oh do when it does? We use willpower, determination. Having something to focus on helps you forget about pains and struggled and fall into the world. On a bad day I would question and doubt myself but in the end of the day I would go to the bed with the knowledge that no matter how small or incremental the changes was, I was continuing to grow.
Muscles sore, but spirits sore even higher.
Sweat, smile, repeat – the ultimate fitness mantra. Sore like an eagle, giggle like an angle, lift mountains.
