About Swasti
Yoga has had a powerful impact on my life—helping me grow physically, mentally, and spiritually. Teaching it is my way of giving back and supporting others in their own journeys toward balance, strength, and inner calm. To me, yoga is much more than exercise; it’s a meaningful path to self-discovery and overall well-being, and I’m truly passionate about sharing that with others.

Discover the power of yoga to transform your body, calm your mind, and uplift your spirit. Whether you're a beginner or returning to your practice, my classes offer a welcoming space to move, breathe, and grow at your own pace. Join me and experience the balance, strength, and inner peace that yoga brings—one breath at a time. We offer different types of practices for fat loss, diabetes, hypertension, PCOD, PCOS, and many other diseases. The class will be on an online basis, duration will be 45 minutes to 1 hour for 5-6 days per week. The sessions will be in the morning and evening.
