About Adya

Hi, I’m Adya :)

I have an M.A. in Clinical Psychology, but honestly, my connection with Psychology started way before the degree.

I’ve always been curious about people. Why we think the way we do, why we react differently to the same things, what goes on behind our emotions, and all those little things that make us who we are. I guess that curiosity slowly turned into a genuine love for Psychology.

I’m someone who enjoys having conversations, noticing the little things and finding meaning in the most ordinary situations. And yes, I’m probably the person who ends up relating random everyday situations back to Psychology!

I don’t see Psychology as just another subject. It’s something I genuinely enjoy, and I’m really happy that I get to share that interest with others.

So, that’s me. Just Adya, a Psychology enthusiast who still gets excited when a random little “why” turns into a whole new thing to learn about.

About the lesson

I believe Psychology should be understood, not simply memorised.

As a teacher, my approach is to make every concept simple, relatable and connected to everyday life. Instead of just giving you notes and asking you to learn them, I encourage questions, discussions and curiosity so that you understand the “why” behind what you study.

My classes are designed to be comfortable and interactive, where you can ask questions without hesitation, clear your doubts and learn at your own pace. We’ll use real-life examples and simple explanations to make even the difficult topics easier to understand and remember.

With my background in Bachelors in Psychology and Masters in Clinical Psychology, I want to bring a deeper perspective to the subject while keeping learning easy, engaging and student-friendly.

My goal is not just to help you score well. It is to help you genuinely **understand Psychology, develop confidence in the subject and enjoy learning it along the way.**
