About Sebastian
Sat Naam, hi there. As the title and profile already says, my name is Sebastian, and I'm a certified yoga teacher. I have been teaching for some years already, and practicing for a longer time. Some people are going to be called to take the experience, and their own individual, personal experience is what matters. One could write wonders here, but the readers wouldn't know if it's real until experiencing it themselves. And that is why many times, not always (emphasizing that), meditation is about the practitioner, in a way. I could just say, that in the meditation classes and sessions, people come with a certain facial expression and leave with a smile, feeling better, feeling the accomplishment they just did (because no one is doing it for you), with a certain shine on them. Definitely more relaxed when the class is done, and closer to themselves.

This classes are about becoming more of You. More well being, more calmness, more relaxed, more clarity, increased creativity, getting rid of anxiety, overthinking and stress.

These classes are meant to help you connect more withYourself, not to have eternal students.
*Each class a new meditation will be taught, mostly from the kundalini tradition, but not exclusively from there.
*Classes are done in beginner level (times), but guidance to level up a practice can be provided.
