About Anna maria
I have finished high school with an excellent average. I have taught children from 7 to 16 years old for 4 years . The classes that I master the most are science and English, but I have taught all the subjects. I have experience with children who have difficulties with Spanish or Catalan and unmotivated children.

I try to teach the concepts so that they understand them and not just so that they pass. For example, I give a lot of importance to explaining the meaning of formulas so that they don't have to memorize them without understanding them. Although passing is of significant importance, I have observed that prioritizing understanding of concepts is essential to help calm nerves before exams and increase children’s confidence. I try to make learning as dynamic as possible with many examples and analogies with real life so that the student understands its importance and does not feel that they are memorizing useless information. Due to the fact that I’m in university, I am able to identify what aspects of the subjects are most important for the future and I give more weight to what they are actually going to use, without ignoring the rest of the essential material to get a good grade in the exams. Obviously, I try to personalize the study methods according to the preferences and facilities of the students.
As I studied technological bachillerato, I can offer special help with the following subjects: industrial technology, physics, scientific maths, English and technical drawing.
I can also offer help with the TDR, specifically with its correct structure and formalisms.

As a university student, I need to pay for a living in a city that's quite expensive, so that’s why I chose to charge 10 instead of 8. Anyways, 12€ is what typically college students charge. If some student requires a lot of hours I am open to negotiate the price.
