About Hannah
I'm an Irish yoga teacher living in South London. I've been practicing yoga for as long as I can remember but in recent years have completed my 200hr training as I wanted to share the practice with others.
I have my own distinct style and I bring lots of energy and enthusiasm. Modern life can be overwhelming but I believe moving and breathing can make us feel so much better.

Looking for a way to connect with your body and mind? In my classes, I believe that yoga is more than just perfect poses. It's about getting out of your head and connecting with yourself.
I have boundless energy and am excited by getting people onto the mat and into their bodies. With a keen interest in anatomy, you can expect my classes to have a steady flow that focuses on both strength and flexibility. Whether you're a beginner or a more experienced yogi, classes are tailored to your needs and skill level.
In addition to Vinyasa Flow, I teach Yoga Conditioning classes, where we incorporate light weights into our sequences. Expect to sweat, laugh, and push yourself. Ready to move? Let's get on the mat and show the world what we're made of!
