I'm a certified 200h yoga trainer. With an experience of 8 years of practice and one year of teaching one-on-one sessions, I specialize in making stiff bodies go flexible and stress-free. Under my guidance, we bypass the generic yoga poses and focus purely on your needs and goals. You get real-time feedback, tailored pacing and safe space built around your body. You finish your classes feeling grounded, confident and deeply connected to your body.
