With a passion for combining yoga & bodyweight movements. I use the principles of flow, balance and stability to improve strength, flexibility, mobility and functional body movements. I offer sound cradle relaxation sessions either individually or as a part of your yoga session (face to face only) for the cradle experience. Relaxation (savasana) can be added to your yoga session both in person online. My lessons are perfect for beginners or those coming back from injury. Regular yoga participants who want to understand body mechanics more and drill down in achieving more difficult poses.
