About Chris
As a high school student, I took up to Multi-Variable Calculus Honors. I gave math tutoring lessons to my fellow students. I was years ahead in the math curriculum which made me extremely comfortable teaching algebra and geometry. Many students saw improvement in their homework and test grades as I assisted with their study techniques. As an engineering student at Rutgers University-New Brunswick, I have further solidified my proficiency in mathematics.

I believe that the best advice comes from someone who has recent experience. To a student in a class, this is another student or an upperclassman. My approach as a tutor is not just to reteach the material but to rephrase it to make it easier to understand. There are countless examples of math tips and tricks that aren't taught by teachers. Helping students understand and use these shortcuts will lead to an improvement in their overall comprehension of the material.

If a student can't do a lesson they should cancel at least 24 hours before the lesson time. If they don't cancel 24 hours before they will be charged for the lesson but it can be rescheduled to another time.
