About Masha
15 years of personal practice. I started with Hatha yoga. After certain injuries, during the recovery periods, discovered Yin Yoga and got inspired to get certified and teach this particular style. 5 years ago I've received my first 350 hours training in Hatha and 60 hours of Yin. After that I did more trainings, including certifications in meridian Yin (30 hours), Yin Yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine (100 hours) and Yoga Nidra (50 hours). Been teaching since 5 years, group and individual in-person classes, individual online classes. In English and Russian.

My practice offers to find the style that suits you at this moment of your life and meet your particular goals, through movement, breath and concentration. All levels friendly. No prior experience is expected. I'm also offering meditation and pranayama, as a part of the class and/or as a whole class on its own.
