About Yanushka
Hi, I'm Yanushka, I am passionate about mentoring and assisting others in their learning. I bring my natural abilities of patience, support, and friendliness to every tutoring session. I spend time getting to know each student's strengths and weaknesses and working with them at their own pace while helping them gain confidence in the process. Apart from tutoring, I enjoy badminton and fishing, which has helped develop my calm, focused, and determined personality. I am competitive when it comes to reaching goals, yet I believe in steady growth and consistency. I bring the same determination and patience to my teaching technique. If you’re looking for a tutor who genuinely cares, stays committed, and wants to see you succeed, not just in school, but in how you approach learning, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

In order to identify my students' areas of strength and growth, I start by testing their existing knowledge. This enables me to personalize every session to their specific needs. I concentrate on strengthening basic concepts before going on to more complex topics. Students gain confidence and clarity in math, physics, and calculus in response to my interactive, step-by-step teaching methods that encourage critical thinking and questioning. Typical lessons are 60 minutes long, structured with a brief review, topic explanation, and practice problems. Lessons are flexible and can be adjusted based on the student's pace and goals.

Perfect! Yanushka is very dedicated and takes her responsibility seriously, she was able to build a good rapport with my son and target specific areas where help was needed and was able to teach months of school work in just a few sessions. Very impressed with her teaching ethic and attitude and highly recommend her for Maths/Physics. She is very smart and has lots of patience and gives priority to needs which is key.
