I have a background in classics (Latin and Ancient Greek), as well as some schooling in Italy. I have taken several language certification courses for English (including Cambridge). I now study English Literature at UC Berkeley. I have experience working with students of different age levels, including from primary school, middle school, high school, and college

I will make sure to adapt all my lessons to the student and their needs. I can look over outlines, rough drafts, first drafts, and give constructive feedback and editing tips. I can structure a lecture on any topic concerning writing (academic, creative, etc.), literature, english grammar and syntax, etc. I can also teach English as a second language.
Fun fact, I am fluent in Italian and took ESL in Italy, so I am aware of the nuances of learning English as a language!
