Class will start with warm-ups, suryanamaskara, Asanas, pranayama or meditation and relaxation techniques. Depending upon students' requirements I change the sequence and help the student to become flexible. Initial days I go very slowly for the convenience of the student. I help in stress reduction by chanting techniques.
