Hello! I'm Hana, a dedicated and experienced yoga instructor with extensive training in both Sivananda Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga. I have completed a 200-hour certification at Sivananda Yoga Ashram in Sivananda Hatha and a 300-hour certification in Ashtanga Vinyasa at One Breath of Yoga Ashram.
