I am a 500 RYT yoga teacher with expertise in form correction. I studied Vinyasa, Restorative and Anatomy in Bali in 2018 to become a 200 RYT and completed my 300 YTT in 2020 in Kuala Tantric Yoga and Shamanism

This includes various modalities including: asana, breathing, posture correction, foot therapy, among other disciplines specifically picked for their maximum healing impact

Details
I offer a sliding scale with discounts for: Seniors, Military (active and retired) and full time students. I can offer split sessions for future classes (multiple students), but there will need to be at least 1-2 privates to fully assess each student. The first free session will include 15 minutes to discuss your individual needs, a gentle yoga session based on your level and needs. In person privates will be set up on an individual basis with the client.
