About Alysha
I am the Founder and Director of an organisation called Building Future Leaders, which supports younger people to achieve their personal and professional goals, and in particular within the housing and construction sector. I started my career working in finance before I moved into the housing sector working for the Governments national housing agency and then a house builder. At the same time I was coaching on the side. Due to my passion for coaching and supporting young people in their careers I now coach full time.

This is because I'm a passionate advocate for supporting the learning, development and personal goals of younger people. My coaching sessions are structured as follows:
