About Montana
I am an Adjunct Professor teaching Introduction to Biology at my local community college, and I have been teaching there for the last two years. I have a Master of Science in Biology, focusing on Plant Biology, and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science with a concentration in Biology. I once taught a three-year-old about DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid), and even got an eight-year-old invested in Biology just by going on a walk with them. I love the outdoors, and want to share my passion with as many people as I can.

I am a student-centered professor who wants to see all my students have fun learning about biology and excel in class. A typical lesson will consist of a PowerPoint presentation on a topic of the student's concern followed by a review activity, such as a game or worksheet. Lessons are typically for college-aged students, or those who are in college, but I am easily able to work with any and all ages.
