My journey to my current job as a project manager was self-taught (due to the great content in English on the internet). But I'm applying for this job because Web development and "high level" languages have never been my favorite areas. When I started to study programming my main interest was to learn how everything worked on a computer, including the hardware. For this reason, my first projects were "emulators", specifically for old video game consoles (GameBoy and Nintendo Entertainment System). These hardware emulation projects have helped me immensely in understanding how a processor works by searching for and executing instructions, reading and writing data at memory addresses, etc ... and I also learned how digital chips interact with each other. My project more focused on embedded software would be the AVRSHOCK2 where I use an AVR microprocessor (atmega328p) to communicate with the dualshock2 device ((concealed information) These and other projects are available on my github, I am available to chat and answer any questions.
