I may not have had lessons with Mr. Torabi but he is clearly a performer and scholar and has much teach us about lute and guitar music, judging by his many YouTube recordings. He is one of the few guitarists to have successfully added extended range guitar playing in Baroque lute tuning to his already formidable knowledge of and ability in 6 string guitar performance. He is always polite, friendly and helpful when asked about such matters. His knowledge and experience, politeness and helpful nature should contribute to him being a valued teacher.
